Digitech Announces Headquarters Move
GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO—February 4, 2002—Digitech Systems, Inc. announces the relocation of its administrative headquarters from Lincoln, Nebraska to Denver, Colorado suburb Greenwood Village, located in the Denver Technological Center. The Lincoln office will continue to house technical support and sales, while the Greenwood Village office will be the new headquarters for administrative, finance and marketing functions.
Digitech is growing rapidly and continues to build for the future demonstrated by the December 2001 transfer of ImageSilo®, Digitech’s secure online document repository, to Denver. Due to enhanced telecommunications infrastructure, the Denver area provides greater speed, redundancy and reliability in ImageSilo hardware, power, disaster/recovery technology and network redundancy.
Digitech CEO HK Bain said, “This is a major milestone in the evolution of our company and we’re particularly proud to have been able to fund this expansion organically. This once ‘little company from Nebraska’ continues to emerge as a viable contender in the document management arena.”
